Professional Photographer Scheduling

Capture the beauty of Oak Grove Lavender Farm! We offer a serene and picturesque setting perfect for professional client photo shoots. To ensure you have an optimal experience, please follow the scheduling guidelines below:

Booking a Session

  • All photo sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • To reserve your time, please use the link to our online booking system. It contains the must up-to-date scheduling information.

  • Sessions are available Thursday through Sunday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm during our peak growing season.

  • Please book the session time that best fits your clients needs. Multiple sessions can be booked at one time. Booking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Photography Fees

  • Standard session rates are billed at $50.00 per hour for professional photographers.

  • For extended sessions or special requests, please reach out for information and pricing.

Guidelines for Photographers

  • Only approved photographers are allowed on the property for professional shoots.

  • Please respect all farm rules, including staying on designated paths and refraining from disturbing or picking the plants.

  • A permit may be required for commercial use. Contact us for more details.

Seasonal Availability

  • Peak lavender bloom season typically runs during the month of June. It’s the most popular time for photo shoots, so early booking is recommended.

  • Other cut flowers may be in bloom during the summer months. If you have questions, please ask!

  • Availability may be limited during other times of the year, so please reach out to confirm specific dates.

Parking & Access

  • Free parking is available for photographers and clients adjacent to the lavender fields.

  • Prior to arrival, instructions will be provided on where to park for your photo shoot.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a full refund. Rescheduling due to inclement weather is the responsibility of the photographer.
